The SEXTO project is a partnership program involving the school community, the police force, and the Director of Criminal and Penal Prosecutions (DCPP) and is designed to provide a quick and effective response to incidents of sexting.
How to join the SEXTO project?
As soon as the memorandum of understanding between the DCPP and your police force is established, a four-hour training session will be planned to train police officers in the SEXTO project intervention process.
The police officers designated to apply the SEXTO project will then participate in the three-hour training session for school stakeholders.
By joining the SEXTO project, the police force also commits to offering a prevention component to primary schools (grades 5 and 6) as well as to high schools.
